My strengths lie in balancing deep empathy with clinical rigor. I work actively and collaboratively with clients while helping identify patterns, blind spots, and opportunities for meaningful growth and change.
What do you enjoy about being a therapist?
I deeply value witnessing individuals and couples move from feeling stuck or disconnected toward greater clarity, agency, and emotional freedom. The work is intellectually meaningful and profoundly human.

I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Tirana and have spent many years working across clinical, academic, and research settings. My background includes teaching future clinicians, conducting research, and integrating evidence-based approaches with existential and relational perspectives.

Yes. I offer coaching for individuals and couples seeking growth, leadership development, relational clarity, or life direction without requiring clinical mental health treatment. Coaching is future-oriented and focused on optimization, alignment, and purposeful development.
Why choose coaching?
Coaching is ideal for individuals who are emotionally stable and looking to move beyond symptom management toward intentional growth, relational design, leadership development, and long-term fulfillment. It provides structure, accountability, and strategic support for those navigating high-level personal or professional transitions.
